Julio has spent thirty years overseas working in emerging markets, the last twenty-three years based in Africa. Until fall 2019 he was a Partner in KPMG for fourteen years – in 2006 he founded and led IDAS for ten years www.kpmg.com/das. Prior to this he has been in Executive positions with international agencies working across Latin America and Africa. His portfolio has encompassed impact investments in three hundred and sixty companies in thirty-two African countries. Julio is currently involved in several social and impact investment ventures.
